…And so much more
Just like you, I am an abundant collection of identities, stories, and experiences. I bring my self and my action oriented skills to group spaces to create a safe and nurturing environment for us to explore our emotional and psychological well-being. I am deeply connected to the capacity of the creative arts to foster new possibilities that support mental health and allow us to connect with and express our authentic selves. I love to play, laugh, create, and explore, while integrating a holistic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to community wellness and the therapeutic journey.
I have extensive experience working with young adults, adolescents, and school aged children across a range of experiences including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and developmental difference.
I believe that each person and encounter can be meaningful, powerful, and transformative. I'm delighted to co-create magical and abundant experiences that move us towards collective wellness and liberation. If you are interested in having a companion along the way, consider me joining you as a guide. If you’re looking to connect, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
